office manager
Function: “Management of the office”
In this all-round job you are also the first point of contact for customers and you direct their questions to departments. Assisting with correspondence, processing incoming and outgoing mail, data entry and digital archiving of mainly quality and legal registrations. Provide departmental support by maintaining equipment, spreadsheets and reports. Shipping and receipt of goods. Support of internal accounting. Other general administrative duties as assigned.
Profile: You can present administrative experience, preferably in a responsible position. You work very accurately and at a good pace. You also have strong communication skills. You are customer-oriented and you have excellent people skills. You integrate quickly and gladly into the team and also like to take responsibility. You have knowledge of cloud management (Dropbox, Microsoft 365, Exact on Line is a plus). You have language level C2 for Dutch, C1 for English, B2 for French or Spanish.
You live in the Sint-Denijs-Westrem area.

Production assistant
This position means that you are jointly responsible for the activities in our production department, ranging from starting up the 3D printers to finishing the implants with various high-tech techniques inside and outside the cleanroom. You are detail- and quality-oriented and you are handy with mechanical tools. You are also responsible for assistance with research, the preparation of and participation in events (scientific conferences, fairs, workshops at home and abroad) and of course ensuring a pleasant working atmosphere!
Profile: You have successfully completed vocational or secondary education (preferably technical). You are handy, eager to learn, motivated and can organize your own working time well. You are a real team player who enjoys consultation, brainstorming and problem solving. You are not afraid to learn the anatomy of human bones in a short period of time.
The training is done individually on the work floor.

designer
Function: Custom medical implant design. The software packages used for this are Geomagic Sculpt/Freeform & Mimics Suite. Using a 3D mouse, you design implants to replace bones and joints, based on CT scans provided by surgeons. The implants are 3D printed in-house in titanium and polymers.
Profile: Technically versed and graphically handy. You have language level C2 for Dutch, C1 for English, B2 for French or Spanish.
The training is done individually on the PCs of the landscape office.
